These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StrikeViews, the Options Owl feed, and any related site, mobile app, widget, API, content, or other product or service that links to these Terms (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may offer additional terms for specific products, features, promotions, APIs, or paid offerings. Where those additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control for that specific offering.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are posted on the Service with a new "Last updated" date and any additional notice required by law, and take effect on that date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you access or use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity, and references to "you" include that entity.
3. Accounts & security
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@strikeviews.com if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
4. License to use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ParallelAxiom LLC and its licensors.
5. No unauthorized automated or scraping access
- You may not share your credentials, provide managed access to your account, or use the Service through an unauthorized third-party posting, scraping, automation, signal, copy-trading, account-management, or similar service.
- You may not scrape, harvest, mirror, frame, deep-link to, data-mine, or otherwise extract data or content from the Service by automated means except as expressly authorized by us in writing or through an approved API, widget, or developer offering.
- General-purpose search engines may crawl publicly available pages in the ordinary course for indexing purposes.
- We may suspend or terminate any account or access method used in connection with unauthorized managed or automated access. You are responsible for any access or use by any agent, contractor, or other third party acting for you or on your behalf — their acts or omissions in connection with the Service are treated as yours under these Terms.
6. Acceptable use & prohibited conduct
You must also comply with our Community Guidelines (our House Rules), which are incorporated by reference; where they conflict with these Terms, these Terms control unless stated otherwise. You agree not to:
- post, upload, or share content you do not have the right to share;
- post unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or manipulative content — including hate speech, bullying, sexually explicit material, or content that threatens, incites, or glorifies violence or self-harm;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation, identity, age, or authority;
- artificially amplify, suppress, coordinate, or otherwise manipulate engagement, sentiment, visibility, or market perception — including pump-and-dump schemes, staged "signal group" entries and exits, wash trading, or spoofing;
- post material non-public information (insider trading), facilitate market manipulation, or post unlicensed, individualized financial advice or coordinated promotion;
- collect, use, or disclose another person's personal information without a lawful basis or authorization, or post financial-account data, payment-card data, government ID numbers, or similar sensitive data;
- upload malware, viruses, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt systems or gain unauthorized access;
- circumvent technical measures, rate limits, access controls, or security protections;
- use the Service to send spam, unsolicited promotions, "DM me for signals" funnels, off-platform recruitment spam, or deceptive advertising; or
- use the Service in violation of applicable securities, consumer-protection, privacy, intellectual-property, or other laws, or post content that is otherwise unlawful or grossly off-topic.
7. Public content & communications
Parts of the Service are public by design. Depending on the feature and your settings, your username, profile information, posts, replies, likes, follows, watchlists, and other activity can be visible to other users, search engines, widget users, API users, partners, or the public. Anything you post should be assumed public.
Direct messages and other non-public communications are intended for the parties involved and for us and our service providers as necessary to operate, secure, and enforce the Service. We review, preserve, or disclose non-public communications only to the extent permitted by law and reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or protect rights, safety, and property.
8. Your content & license to us
As between you and us, you retain ownership of the content you create, upload, submit, or post ("User Content"). You grant ParallelAxiom LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, copy, transmit, distribute, display, perform, modify, adapt, reformat, excerpt, index, moderate, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, troubleshoot, enforce, promote, and provide the Service and its functionality.
This license includes making your public User Content available to other users through public features such as profiles, feeds, widgets, and APIs, permitting our service providers (hosting, storage, email) to process User Content on our behalf, and creating aggregated or deidentified information that does not reasonably identify you. You also grant each user a non-exclusive license to access and use your User Content through the Service's functionality. We may feature public content, profiles, and usernames in the Service and in editorial, marketing, and promotional materials.
You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights needed to post your User Content and grant these rights, and that your User Content and our permitted use of it will not violate any third-party right or law. Deleting User Content or your account does not affect rights already granted for backups, archives, logs, legal records, public copies, or aggregated or deidentified information already created (see Privacy Policy).
User content, third-party advice & Section 230. StrikeViews and Options Owl are interactive computer services: ParallelAxiom LLC does not create, edit, verify, or endorse content submitted by users, and does not adopt user posts as its own. Users are strictly prohibited from using the Service to solicit or pool funds, sell signals or trade alerts, provide individualized or compensated investment advice, or engage in market manipulation — including "pump and dump" schemes (see §6 Acceptable use and §9 Moderation & enforcement). To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParallelAxiom LLC assumes no liability for user submissions, and relies on the protections of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230) and comparable safe-harbor provisions in other jurisdictions. Nothing in this paragraph limits our obligations under applicable law or our responsibility for content we create ourselves.
9. Moderation & enforcement
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Service and to investigate, remove, restrict, de-rank, label, disable, or otherwise act on content, accounts, or activity we believe violates these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the rights or safety of others. Depending on the violation, we may:
- Hide (flag) the post. The post is removed from public view. The category of the violation is shown on the post so the action is transparent and reviewable. Hiding is reversible — compliant content is restored if the flag is overturned.
- Ban the account. For severe or repeated violations we may suspend or permanently ban the account, hiding the user's content and preventing further posting. Child-safety, fraud, and manipulation violations can mean an immediate permanent ban on first offense.
- Restrict features. Loss of promotional privileges, posting rate limits, or removal from discovery surfaces, short of a full ban.
- Feature / promote a post. At our sole discretion, we may promote a post so that it remains pinned to the top of relevant feeds for a limited, configurable period. The default promotion window is 8 hours (the exact duration is set by a server configuration value and may vary). Promotion is a curation choice and does not exempt the post from these Terms — promoted content must still follow the Community Guidelines.
We may preserve and disclose information relating to your use as described in our Privacy Policy or as reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the Service, enforce these Terms, investigate misconduct, or protect users and third parties. Evading enforcement — new accounts after a ban, or using others' accounts to post for you — results in permanent removal of the related accounts. If you believe content was hidden or your account actioned in error, contact moderation@strikeviews.com with a link and a brief explanation; we review appeals in good faith.
10. Paid services
The Options Owl feed is currently free; pricing, features, billing cadence, and trial terms for any future paid subscription or service will be presented at the point of purchase. If you start a subscription, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation; subscriptions auto-renew for the same term unless cancelled beforehand via the purchase flow, account settings, or support channel identified at purchase. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable and cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment-card numbers. Products sold through a separate storefront (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play) are also subject to that storefront's terms. We may change pricing prospectively, with notice as required by law for auto-renewing subscriptions.
11. Advertising & third-party services
The Service may include advertisements, sponsored content, promotional messages, and third-party links or integrations. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or products not owned or controlled by us; your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Intellectual property & feedback
The Service, including its software, design, compilation, look and feel, trademarks, logos, and content other than User Content, is owned by or licensed to ParallelAxiom LLC and protected by intellectual-property and other laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and exploit them without restriction or compensation.
13. Privacy
How we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information — including your GDPR and other privacy rights, account deletion, and international transfers — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. No investment, legal, or tax advice
The Service provides data, tools, and a community forum for informational and social-discussion purposes only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, or fiduciary, and nothing on the Service constitutes an offer, recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or to adopt any investment strategy. Users may hold positions in securities they discuss and may change them at any time. Any trade ideas, posts, or model outputs — including AI-assisted analysis, which is labeled as AI-generated in the app and may be incorrect — are for informational and educational purposes only. Market data may be delayed (never assume real-time) and may be inaccurate. The Service does not execute trades or route orders to any broker. You are solely responsible for evaluating what you see and for your trading, financial, legal, and tax decisions. Consult a licensed professional before acting.
API keys you supply in the mobile app (market-data, LLM) are stored in your device's secure storage. You are responsible for keeping your device, keys, and account credentials secure; we never ask for your keys.
15. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARALLEMAXIOM LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
CFTC Rule 4.41 — Hypothetical performance disclaimer. Hypothetical, backtested, or simulated performance results — including P&L figures, payoff diagrams, probability-of-profit estimates, and model or AI-generated outputs shown in the Service, in the mobile apps, or in our educational content — are illustrative only and are not a promise, forecast, or projection of results.
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT ACTUALLY BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. Past performance — actual or simulated — does not indicate future results.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARALLEMAXIOM LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) US$100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ParallelAxiom LLC and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to (a) your User Content, (b) your use of the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (d) your infringement or misappropriation of the rights of any person or entity. This indemnity does not require you to indemnify any party for that party's own conduct to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
18. Suspension & termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, interfered with the Service, or where suspension is necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time; deleting your account is described in our Privacy Policy and account-deletion page (14-day reactivation window; afterwards your published twits stay readable under “Deleted user”). Some content or records may remain as described there, including in backups, logs, legal archives, and aggregated or deidentified datasets.
19. Copyright complaints
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and prohibit posting material that infringes another party's copyright or other rights. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, you may notify our designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)) with: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. Send notices to legal@strikeviews.com (ParallelAxiom LLC). If your material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification complying with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We implement a repeat-infringer policy in appropriate circumstances.
20. Dispute resolution & arbitration
Before either party files a claim, that party must send a written notice of dispute describing the claim and the requested relief to legal@strikeviews.com and participate in a good-faith effort to resolve it informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court, claims relating to intellectual-property infringement, or claims for injunctive relief to stop unauthorized access, you and ParallelAxiom LLC agree to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable consumer or commercial rules, as modified by these Terms. EACH PARTY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, MASS, PRIVATE-ATTORNEY-GENERAL, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION; claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. To opt out of this arbitration agreement, send written notice within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Terms to legal@strikeviews.com with your name, account email, and a clear opt-out statement. Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration is conducted remotely or in Delaware. The arbitrator has exclusive authority over interpretation, applicability, and enforceability of this arbitration agreement, except that a court of competent jurisdiction decides disputes about the enforceability of the class-action waiver. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived, including EU/UK statutory rights and Digital Services Act / Online Safety Act redress mechanisms where they apply to you.
21. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with any additional offering terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and ParallelAxiom LLC regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements on that subject. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where the arbitration section above applies or applicable law requires otherwise.
