Welcome to the StrikeViews blog

#welcome #project #strikeviews

Welcome. This is the long-form home for the StrikeViews project — the options trading companion I'm building at ParallelAxiom, and the trading craft that goes into it.

Reading time: …

What this blog is for

Twits are options trading, and trading only — every post on the feed carries its structure (strategy · DTE · Δ · POP) in short form. They move fast and they're the signal layer.

This blog is the narrative layer. It's where I'll write:

  • Project notes — release stories, the decisions behind the architecture, and the honest post-mortems.
  • Selected trades — the trades worth talking about: the setup, the mistake, the lesson. Not a journal feed; the highlights.
  • Trading craft — probabilities, the wheel and its cousins, position sizing, and the edge I keep trying to sharpen.

How to follow along

No account, no tracking. The blog ships an RSS feed — point any reader at it and new posts arrive as plain text.

Formatting reference

Since this is the first post, it carries the tools you'll need to author the next ones. Everything below is ordinary Markdown:

  • Bold and italic, inline code, and links.
  • Headings, lists, and blockquotes work as expected:

A tool, not a recommendation. — the house rule

  • Tables are supported:
Feature Twits Blog
Short, structured trades ✓ —
Long-form writing — ✓
Per-post JavaScript — ✓
  • Code blocks with syntax highlighting come free:
$ npm run build:blog
[blog] 1 post → public/blog
[blog]   Sep 8, 2026 → /blog/posts/2026/09-08-20
  • Images go in the post's assets/ folder and are served from this site (see the styling this post applies):
<img alt="A trade diagram" src="/blog/posts/2026/09-08-20/assets/trade.png" width="640" />
  • YouTube embeds are allowed — paste the normal embed iframe:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/VIDEO_ID"
        title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0"
        allow="accelerometer; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture"
        allowfullscreen></iframe>
  • Raw HTML passes through, so collapsibles and custom widgets work too:
How do you add a collapsible? Just write HTML. Markdown is the default; HTML is allowed. Per-post scripts live in main.js next to this file and load only on this post's page.

Every one of those rendered correctly above — if something looks off, your authoring is off, not the blog.

Enjoy the bench while the feed fills. — the founder
